A subdivision is the act of dividing a titled parcel of land for the purpose of re-zoning, developing/re-developing and/or selling each individual sub-divided parcel separately. All subdivision developments require an application.
Documents you will need to upload during this application:
✔ Signed Pre-application Meeting Form.
✔ Signed Agent Authorization Form.
If Agent applying for property owner(s).
✔' State of Title Certificate' or 'Title Search Print', plus copy of 'All Registered Charges' from Land Title Office obtained in the past 90 days.
Note: If not uploaded during this application, or uploaded document more than 90 days old, our staff will invoice you in order to request updated information at your expense.
✔ Site Disclosure Statement.
Except for cases of 'Boundary Adjustment' or 'Lot Consolidation'.
✔ Project Description Document.
✔ Subdivision Plan Document.
