A subdivision is the act of dividing a titled parcel of land for the purpose of re-zoning, developing/re-developing and/or selling each individual sub-divided parcel separately. All subdivision developments require an application.

Documents you will need to upload during this application:

✔ Signed Pre-application Meeting Form.

✔ Signed Agent Authorization Form. If Agent applying for property owner(s).

✔' State of Title Certificate' or 'Title Search Print', plus copy of 'All Registered Charges' from Land Title Office obtained in the past 90 days.
Note: If not uploaded during this application, or uploaded document more than 90 days old, our staff will invoice you in order to request updated information at your expense.

Site Disclosure Statement. Except for cases of 'Boundary Adjustment' or 'Lot Consolidation'.
