The District of Lake Country Request For Service web form integrates with our Calls for Service system. All information provided is kept private and confidential per FOIPPA. Any information received that is incomplete or falsified will not be investigated. Service Requests are assigned to the staff responsible during our normal hours, Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm.
